The Service Sales Executive position is a strategic member of AVI-SPL’s Regional Sales Organization with a concentration on the identification, development, and closing of solutions-oriented Service offerings. This role works closely with the Regional Service Sales Manager and local office leadership to target net new Customers and existing Customers that are under-served by AVI-SPL from a Service offerings perspective. Within existing accounts, will work with assigned Account Managers to expand existing offerings by bringing forward the full value of the entire Service capabilities of AVI-SPL.
To enable focus within a diverse and robust service catalogue, Services Sales will prioritize their direct involvement towards new business within multi-element Services engagements. Proper regional office and account management alignment, subject matter expertise, and redirection to appropriate sales enablement resources will be provided in support of all other recurring Services opportunities.
The AV Technician provides support and management of fully integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, and large complex environments such as auditoriums. The Technician interfaces daily with the customer and acts as an extension of their team. His/her responsibilities generally include the operation and functional testing of all AV and integrated conference room components/equipment. The Technician works in cooperation with the customer’s management team in support of their equipment and user community. This position is a key part of the overall relationship between AVI-SPL and the customer, ensuring the needs of the client are prioritised and met in accordance with project and support goals.
The Job
This role involves working with high end technology to provide a seamless experience for the visitors to the site. The site techs provide daily checks to ensure all technology is functioning correctly, provide live event support for events using microphones, lighting, video and content management. The techs also troubleshoot any equipment issues on site and work with the global team to implement solutions. A high degree of computer knowledge is required for this role to support the technology onsite. Most of the technology runs on linux but the techs also need to be able to operate using Windows and Mac operating systems. The right candidate will be passionate about AV technology, live event support and have a good understanding of computers and networking. The ability to learn, adapt and innovate in this role are critical. For this role, you need to love everything about technology, be a highly resourceful person and will be the main point of contact for all the technology in this location
The Engineer is responsible for delivering technical and break-fix engineering support to a client’s fully integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, and large complex environments. His/her responsibilities generally involve the operation and functional testing of all AV and integrated conference room components and equipment. The Engineer works in cooperation with the customer's management team and AVI-SPL in support of their equipment and the user community.
A Senior AV Technician is required to be based at one of our client sites in Central London.
This individual will need to provide the support of fully integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, and a large multi-divisible space. The Senior Technician interfaces daily with the customer and acts as an extension of their team at AVI-SPL. His/her responsibilities generally include the operation and functional testing of all AV and integrated conference room components/equipment. The Senior Technician works in cooperation with the customer's UCC team in maintain their equipment and the user community to a high-quality standard.

The Job
The onsite AV engineer's role is to provides diagnostic troubleshooting and problem resolution for all AV system failures that may occur. In addition, the engineer will perform detailed preventive maintenance checks and services intended to maintain the systems at peak operating specifications.
