The Job

The main purpose of the role is to provide pro-active and re-active service and maintenance of audio visual and Unified Communication equipment on customers premises throughout the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repair, test, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference and Unified Communication systems.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

· Fault finding and repair of AV/UC Systems at client’s premises.

· Develop close relationships with clients to exploit all potential opportunities for service contracts that may arise, either alone, or with the relevant AVISPL colleagues.

· Liaise with other internal departments, clients and contractors both in-house and on client’s sites.

· Provide a courteous, comprehensive and assistive service for all clients and their representatives.

· Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.

· Perform service tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner in accordance with our service ticketing system, duties may include installation and termination of cabling and hardware.

· Experience in providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced AV/VC/UC environment.
